genius exercise regime

i am exercising! i have decided to get fit slowly and that sit ups are ok. so, i am doing one (1) sit up each day. this can be conveniently integrated into my daily routine: when i get up on the morning i sit up in bed, and when i go to sleep i lie down again. success! the best part is that if i have a nap, i can double the amount of exercise i do. and there aren’t many exercise plans that can say that naps == more exercise.
UPDATE!!! actually i think none.
